1. Our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee protection period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product.

2. Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, Benny's will refund the original product purchase price. The following charges will not be reimbursed:

3. Returned goods must be in their original condition and without damage.

4. Where an item is found to be faulty and under warranty, you have nothing to worry about, the furniture will be replaced (with the same or similar product to suffice its previous role). Your Furniture will be sent back to the manufacturer to be assessed, repaired or replaced for its return.

5. Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2.

6. Benny's reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice at any time.
